Extensively qualified in a range of established industry standards including Myers Briggs, Insights, Coaching and Mentoring, Rae works with clients to deliver learning solutions that deliver measurable business benefits.
Rae understands that success and fulfilment comes from ‘being the best you can be’ and through Life Coaching and the use of other techniques helps those she works with reach their true potential.
Rae is a mentor on the Scottish Chamber of Commerce UK Finance Mentoring Programme and was recognised for her outstanding contribution & support for business through a nomination for Enterprise Educator of the Year Award.
Rae is also a passionate advocate for children's welfare and is a volunteer member of the Children's hearing System - Scotland's care & justice system for children and young people who need care and protection
